VyTrac introduces new features to promote eligibility of Mental Stress Detection for Behavioral Health Integration (BHI) and Collaborative Care Services (CoCM).
VyTrac Health, Inc. has announced a new upgrade to their popular Behavioral Health Integration (BHI).
VyTrac has multiple new features designed to make life easier for Providers, Medical Professionals and Insurance Companies.
According to the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), integrating behavioral health care with primary care BHI is now widely considered an effective strategy for improving outcomes for millions of Americans with mental or behavioral health conditions.
VyTrac can detect a patient’s Mental Stress Level using Baevsky’s approved stress index, globally known to calculate accurate mental stress levels using heart rate and heart rate variability (HRV). Providers and Mental health professionals can now use this health metric for elevated mental health assessments, and Telehealth visits.
During the COVID-19 pandemic healthcare has made a rapid shift to Telehealth, and for good reason! Telehealth breaks down barriers to patient care and gives patients and providers a wider network to connect to, regardless of location. Telehealth greatly expands the ability to match patients with specialists, specialized treatments, and communities who speak their native language or come from a similar cultural background. Telehealth also enables a higher level of privacy, often making patients more willing to seek behavioral health treatment via online counseling.
A full list of changes to VyTrac can be found on the company website, https://vytrac.com/.
The changes in this Behavioral Health Integration (BHI) were brought about to promote care collaboration, including service elements such as systematic assessment and monitoring, care plan revisions and a continuous relationship with a designated care team member incorporating mental health professionals to our platform. As part of an ongoing effort to improve the user experience for VyTrac, customers can expect regular updates both now and in the future.
According to VyTrac CEO, Zachary Fink, “Stress levels play an integral role in our mental and physical well-being. By using our proactive model of identifying alarming stress levels, Providers can now help tackle damaging chronic stress, before it becomes debilitating.”
